What do you suggest between :

CORSAIR Vengeance LP 16GB
G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB)
CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 8GB (2 x 4GB).

For gaming, streaming, video rendering, photoshop editing and other things. I don't think it uses more than 8GB for those things, but still. If you could suggest me something better, but I need at want at least 8GB and 1600MHz and 1.5V (because of my CPU). Budget 180$.
Right now I have a CORSAIR XMS 8GB but I'm kind of scared to use them, because they have 1.65V and I've read a lot of things about 1600 MHz and 1.65V memory. Do you think I should keep them?

My build:
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Gene LGA 1150
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K Haswell Quad-Core 4.0GHz
Power Supply:CORSAIR RM Series RM750 750W
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card

I would too but I'm a little scared because of the 1.65V with 1600 MHz after all I read, and I think if I can get something better at almost the same price, why not? I know I can set them at 1.5V.

i'd pick the sniper purely for its looks :)
if you are just going to game then it is better to go with the cheaper but still reasonable option and the sniper fits in that category. btw i'm running ripjaws x (4gbx2) which is why i'm quite bias towards g skill so take my words with a grain of salt. never had any problems with it so far. just saying.

From the looks of it and you were considering a 16GB set, which would be very good for the streaming, video rendering, photoshop editing in particular (speed things up a lot), at the same price for those 1600/10 sticks, look at the same price in 2133/10 GSkill Snipers, the additional bandwidth will also give you some extra FPS in gaming also and these are great sticks w/ your mobo/CPU combo
