I am making a gaming pc and wanted to know if my internet is good
and also what should I use ethernet or wifi. I think ethernet is better and what cable should I get

maybe you can cancel the pc fan and use the money for a better case with more fans...

Also you should use the ask for a build format we really don't know what you want in your pc or what type of games...

You are fine, except the PSU. Also, I would get R7 260X, not the R7 250.

Are you only gonna play games like minecraft, conter strike etcetera? That Gpu is pretty awfull, maybe if you choose a cheaper RAM you could get a better GPU.

It depends... The stock cooler works just fine. but it makes a lot of noise if you want you can buy the CM hyper Evo it costs $30 it will lower the temperatures, make less noise and give you the ability to Overclock.
