ultra settings? sure. ultra textures? fat chance even on sub 1080p - unless you use maldo's mod. ubishit is gonna be ubishit. end of story.

You're going to have to put textures to 'Medium' or 'High'. Keeping it at Ultra would mean serious stuttering.
Generally, your PC looks good enough to max out 'Watch_Dogs' especially at that resolution.
Do try out the 'TheWorse mod' for this game as it makes it looks so much better.

The mod seemed to increase FPS for some and decrease it for others. I had stuttering issues with the 0.97 version of the mod but runs really well with the very first 0.6 version.
But I'm guessing you won't have much troubles as I did, hopefully and since the mod is really easy to install, if you dislike it, you can just get rid of it.
