So, I was installing windows to my desktop ( On old SSD, new mobo and CPU) formatted it and started installing when the power went out, now every time I try to boot from my usb key to reinstall it, it shows up Windows Boot manager with two WIndows 7 entries either of them lead me to the setup, where it will say windows wasn't able to finish installation and asks for a restart, it never gets past it. any ideas ?
