Put together a PC recently, running great but something is bothering me. I feel a small tapping from somewhere inside the PC when I put my foot against the side of the case. I opened to make sure none of my fans were clipping anything, they were not. Is this normal? I cant hear it, only feel it when I make contact with the case. Also, its not constant, and seems to come in spurts, regardless of what fan speed I set (using the Rosewill Thor v2). Any ideas?

This sound is your hard drive needle making contact with the hard drive disk, it's normal, but being able to feel it quite noticeably by touching your case means that the vibrations from the hard drive are probably vibrating throughout your case.
You have multiple options to stop this, you could buy a HDD case to absorb the vibrations and noise, and keep your HDD cooler, or you could try suspending your HDD inside your PC using bands, I saw a guide on this somewhere but cannot find it, there are a lot of products you can buy to stop this,
google "hdd vibration dampening"

And here is a Tom's hardware guide to HDD sound proofing:

If the tapping doesn't bother you, you can just leave it, it's perfectly normal, it won't damage the HDD.
