It to a point depends on how fast your internet is and how fast a router you buy but it in general does not matter. Since you can get cat5e cable very inexpensively and it is rated to a full 1g that will be more than good enough. Since your machine does not have a 10g interface and it is unlikely you could afford a 10g internet connection you do not need anything better than cat5e.

Pretty much buy whatever cable you like the color or ends on or you like the feel of the plastic. You would have a hard time finding a cable that would in anyway limit your system or your internet. Just look for cat5e or maybe cat6 if it happens to be cheaper.

So it looks like you are trying to build a machine with gaming grunt as cheap as possible?
I'd divert some money from the CPU to the graphics card.

a quad core 3.5 - 4ghz cpu is more than enough, the graphics card is far more important.
I'd suggest swaping to an
AMD FX-4130 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
&
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB Dual-X Video Card

also if that site is accurate you can get 2133mhz ram (the max this motherboard supports) for about the same price.
THis again will make a big difference for gaming.

it would also be a good idea to get an SSD if you have an old PC already with some storage drives you can keep for this build.

In the CPU you have chosen you wouldn't need a cooler as it comes with one (if you click the spu it tells you). the one i've selected does not.

DOnt spend any more money on ethernet cable than you have to. a cable is a cable.
