60-70c is good temp for gaming Gpu and for mother board it 45-55c
100+ bad temp for Gpu and 70c for mother board (load )
For ideal 30-40c is enough for gpu and for mother board 25-35c
and ofcose it is bad if ur pc at idle and above idle temp

cpu temp isn't similar to GPU temp. Some CPUs throttle past 62C while some GPUs can handle 102C-104C without major problems.

What i recommend is as follows:
GPUs -> both AMD and nVidia -> under 87C-89C under load
CPUs -> AMD -> under 66C load -> Intel under 82C-84C load

Motherboard should not get over 45C ambiental and 58-59C chipset both under load

Idle temperatures vary greatly and should be around 25-40C
