I was wondering if i can use two MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr 2GB GDDR5 to run SLI on triple moniters. I dont want any lag when i play games so is this enough for my computer. Also if there are any better options I am willing to look at them.

Be aware that multi-GPU setups have issues with micro stuttering (but there is a potential fix here, but I can't verify it). Are you wanting to play at a 4k resolution across all three monitors?

Resolutions are measured in width, not height. 1920 x 1080 is actually 2k. Thus, you will be playing at 6k.

Either that or a r9 290 then later buy another one and crossfire it.

It should be enough. The GTX 770 is pretty strong and so is the R9 290.
