I was wondering if i can use two MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr 2GB GDDR5 to run SLI on triple moniters. I dont want any lag when i play games so is this enough for my computer. Also if there are any better options I am willing to look at them.

Have you already purchased them? What's your budget?

A GTX770 will run three monitors - from One Dual Link DVI-I, One Dual Link DVI-D, One HDMI, One DisplayPort - up to 4 displays.
SLI will help power them.

Sometimes 4gb is better than 2gb - http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Video-Card-Performance-2GB-vs-4GB-Memory-154/

Are these all 1080p monitors?

Be aware that multi-GPU setups have issues with micro stuttering (but there is a potential fix here, but I can't verify it). Are you wanting to play at a 4k resolution across all three monitors?

It should be enough. The GTX 770 is pretty strong and so is the R9 290.
