Hello! I have installed Ubuntu onto my system and the network drivers for my computer are not proper. I have a Rosewill N600PCE network card, and with Windows 8, I use the drivers for the ASUS n53 pce drivers because they are the only drivers that worked. I have the same driver downloaded(for linux) and I have NO CLUE how to install it. I would appreciate any and all help I can get. If its any additional help, I am running 64 bit/

Extract the tarball and read the readme file. Have you done that already?

Drivers for this card are not supported by linux kernel. You have to build (compile) from source (not easy and time consuming). You will have to do this each time you upgrade the kernel.

Instead you should get a card that has good Linux support.
