Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3 ATX LG1150 motherboard to use in conjunction with a GTX 770 and i5-4690K?

I've been leaning towards this motherboard. Is this motherboard recommended, or should I maybe use one by ASUS, such as the Z97-A?

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm able to purchase Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3 at a significantly cheaper price from a friend. Would you still suggest I go with the ASRock Z97 or AsusZ97-A, or is the extra increase in price not worth it?

I just built yesterday on the Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7. Fantastic board that has a bit of beautiful LED trim on it. Running GTX 770 4GB and a i5-4690k at 4.5gHz on it. Strongly suggest the gaming 7 board, but it does only have 2 usb headers which I was not a fan of.
