There are a few ways to put it together, here are a few alternate motherboard and processors for you to consider. They are organized in order of performance and price. All of them are fast, just others are faster. Letting us know more what you are wanting and we can probably be more specific.

Lower cost and performance:
CPU: FX 8350 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128627

Middle range:

Hello there.

I don't see anything in your system build that will cause compatibility issues, but you do have a major conflict in what you are putting together.

Your CPU selected is what is known as an APU. It has a powerful graphics chip inside of it already. Well relatively powerful anyways, equal to about an $80 graphics card. This is a great CPU for people wanting to use these graphics, but since you are buying a dedicated graphics card you will want to buy a different CPU and motherboard. Other CPUs will give better performance for gaming.

I would recommend based on the price of your parts looking at either an AMD FX 8350 and an AM3+ motherboard, or adding a small increase to price to get either an i5 or Xeon CPU and LGA 1150 motherboard.

I will put you together a suggestion with two links, but I suspect someone else will before I do.

you should start with something like this
or maybe better GPU, Radeon 280X or 290 4GB

If you'd like a revision of your parts list, we'd need to know a couple of more details before doing so.

Follow this thread and edit your initial post and perhaps a post to signify you've edited it.

If not and you think the linked build just needs a nod of assurance then yeah its fine but the PSU will be inadequate.
