Good 2nd fan for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

I plan on getting the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Since newegg is having a sale on it which makes it $24.99AR. So since I was planning on spending 30 bucks I decided I might as well get a 2nd fan for the other side of the cooler.

My budget is around $5. Anyone have any opinions on some good fans around that price?

A second fan on the 212 EVO gives very little benefit. Even if you find the perfect (not $5) fan.
Leave it as is. It works well.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a good fan for $5. I got a three-pin CM fan for $5 in a bundle, but that's meant to be used as a case fan.
Personally, I use the NF-S12A fan from Noctua. It's nice and quiet, but it's above your budget ($19USD).
