I have a new build, MSI 970A-g43 Mobo
FX 6350 CPU
Nvidia gforce 730 video
4 gigs of memory
initial boot up, MSI configuration screen showed a cpu temp of 63 cel
i replaced the thermal compound, with new stuff that was suggested, on my second boot the temp on the CPU went above 63 at idle i quickly shut it down, so should i go with coolmaster evo 212 or go liquid cooling, the system will only be playing WOW for the upcoming WOD expansion

Solution
That CPU requires aftermarket cooling to work properly. You also won't be able to overclock it on that board without causing damage to your system.
