Will the radeon r9 270x oc version get hotter than a non oc version? and can you manually oc a non oc gpu? Thanks

It probably will run a bit hotter if the same cooler is used when it's fully stressed. And yes, you can OC a non-OC'ed GPU.

Yes, you can. I have a factory overclocked R7 260X. I can still overclok it in the AMD catalyst control center. Just make sure you have the power and everything you need to do it.
