OK we'll just take a guess then -

Do a Checkdisk/repair.

Run a Virus scan.

Go to Control Panel, Device manager and check if every device is working and has an up to date driver.

Go to Uninstall programs and uninstall anything you know shouldn't be there eg old graphics card drivers.

Did you have cpu or graphics card overclocked?

What cpu temps ou getting? - read from bios/uefi.

What graphics cards temps? - Afterburner

Did checkdisk, nothing was wrong there. New build so it was a fresh version of win7 no need for a virus scan. No overclocking, getting 30-35C on idle, and I can't get access to the gpu temps without it crashing.

If it has been connected to the internet, it'll still need a virus scan.

30-35C is OK for cpu temp on a warm day.
