I recently started having issues with games not seeming to know that I have a DX11 card (680). It started with TF2 not letting me run it above DX8 for some reason, and now ArmA 3 which has been crashing a lot lately eventually had an error on start up about failing to load DX11 or something. I've had some driver installation issues but I've been able to properly install since then.
I'm between jobs but I do plan to get a new video card as soon as I get back to work. In the meantime, I need to avoid spending on luxuries so I'd like to see if I can find a solution to this problem or if it's just my video card (which has been problematic since I got it) going out for good.
The only thing I can think of that has changed recently was that I installed a Xonar DG sound card but I can't imagine how that would impact games in this way.
