Just finished building my pc, and everything boots up and works great. However, I noticed that when the pc is on, only one fan out of the three is spinning. Is this just a defective card, or is there a way to change that in the AMD control panel? Any thoughts or suggestions would be very appreciated as I don't think it is safe to play graphics-intensive games with only one fan cooling the gpu.
