How should I check if my Graphic Card is intact?

Can anyone tell me what tests should I run to check whether I need a new graphic card or something to cool it off? I use a XFX ATI Radeon 5770 HD 1 GB GDDR5. And I am used to multi-clienting with MMORPG's like Jade Dynasty.

Solution
The HD 7770 isn't much faster than your HD 5770, so eliminate that.

The HD 7850 is faster than the GTX 750 Ti, but I see that it is also 70% more expensive, not really worth it.

Go for the Zotac.

It is running loud yes. I actually had an RMA for my old GPU as per the fan burnt without overclocking, now this one has temperatures as high as 90 degrees sometimes and normal when I start my pc its in the range of 52 to 57 degress, and for it to be cool I use manual fan speed controls from CCC in AMD Overdrive, though I can play NFS Rivals with it but if I multi-client I experience lag in game.

Well, I'm glad to have found an answer to the problem but would you please help me out with which one of these are best? As I plan on using the GPU for 5yrs-8yrs max.

My budget goes to 10K INR max but still if I find a local seller I would try to get the one you prefer is best for upcoming games and multi clienting on MMORPG's like Jade Dynasty.

buy the r9 270 trust me its way better than the 750ti that overpriced sucky card. I heard xfx has so much graphic cooling problems i wouldnt buy it. if you really want someting for 5-8yrs then get a r9 290 expensive, yes, worth, yes, will it last long, it will show its age eventually but even dual gpus like the 590, top tier gpus like the radeon 5870? all lost thier glory but that 4gb of vram will last you long or a r9 280x bare min i would recommend would be a r9 270

Well first of all thnx for replying to my question, secondly I formatted my PC and found that the problem still persists everytime I play games first some sound during the game goes off.. For ex: SFX is playing but game music goes off and then the real problem comes in. My pc freezes after a moment or two when the sound goes off.. Do you think there is some problem with my Sound Card too? Or is it my GPU causing error?

well first off all you shouldnt of bought a sound card(dont really improve audio unless you buy like a 700$ one) did you install the latest drivers. also you can use msi after burner and tell it to got to like 10% when on internet,20% when streaming hd videos, and like 75% during gaming its called a fan curve. If that still doesnt work then its time to move on not trying to get you to spend money but if its that old and already rma probably a manufacturing problem or such a old problem we forgot the solution. a r9 270 is just as much a 750ti(sometimes less) a r7 260x is also like a 750ti for 30$ less.a r9 280 if you can stretch your budget.

Oh great, the only thing I need to do now is to get a R9 270. Cool, I'll start searching the market for it. Thnx for the help I really appreciate it :) :)

yeah and later you can get a second one for crossfire which will give you an insane amount of performance.
