1300 NON OC Gaming Build (Planetside2 no lag)

Ive made alot of threads and im not trying to spam but Im getting alot of different input and ideas from all around.

I want to not OC (not need to anyways) and want to play games like planet side 2 without any lag EVER AT ALL!!!!!

here is an example of a build I have that people have told me was good.

If anyone out there could make me a better build that i DONT NEED TO OC and plays planet side 2 FLAWLESSLY then thats awesome.

Please if you can use pcpartpicker to make the build!!!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!! trying to buy the parts asap when I know the build is perfect.

ALot of people say to just get 1600 but why not just get 2133 why would it hurt?

Also i Just mainly wanna be able to play planet side 2 without any lag or need to overclock anything at all.

so PLEASEEEEEE HELP!!!

Dont waste cash on memory. 1600 is enough. put some cash on your Graphics card.
