I have never overclocked before, so I don't know if my mid-range system is suitable for it. I've downloaded Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, as I want to overclock my i52320 @ 3.0GHz to maybe 3.2 Ghz. However, I don't know if my motherboard or PSU will support this, even if the CPU itself could be overclocked. Here is my system information for your analysis.

Thanks!

before overclocking you should know that it will make the CPU generate more heat so you need a powerful fan and it can make your CPU live with a shorter life span
you need a powerful PSU to and a powerful fan and good heat paste to keep things stable, and don't push the CPU very high
the CPU must be a K model to OC it (ex:- I7-4770K)

technically, yes, though a minor one via increasing the Bclk, which WILL introduce whole lot of issues with instability. NOT recommended if you want this to be practically usable.

if you want a more practical overclocking solution, it's off getting an OCable CPU + motherboard+CPU cooler
