I'm looking for a new PC since my old laptop broke and I don't have any other PC to use ( I'm typing this on my iPhone ) and I need a new PC before school starts. I'm planning to use Intels Celeron G1820. It's a Haswell CPU so it gives me lots of choices for upgrading. I'm only going to buy everything but the R7-260x at first. I'm not going to be gaming, I'm only going to be web surfing and using Google Docs. Even if I did want to game, I've seen a video of it with 4gbs 1333mhz ram and it could play War Thunder at low settings with 30-40fps. Is it a good build?
