Is my build good for gaming?

I've based my build off of Austin Evans Neutron PC but I've changed quite a bit of it, and I just really want to know if it will be any good for gaming.
My Current Build Consists of:

It is pretty decent for gaming. I would personally get another power supply such as one made by XFX or Seasonic.

its fine, but since ur getting a non-k cpu u might as well get rid of the cooler, and get a 280x or 770

That PSU is a time bomb, just lying in wait to kill the system. Raidmax is one of the worst power supplies you can buy.

You would have to have a K series CPU and a Z series motherboard in order to overclock, but it is not worth spending the money. If you have any extra money at all it should go towards the GPU. Drop the cooler and use the stock one.

You need to change the PSU.

laptop memory in a desktop doesnt work mate...
also forget the cpu cooler. the stock 1 is plenty good enough for that build and if you really do want to go 3rd party get a cheap evo with a decent quiet fan.
