I want to upgrade my computer's RAM, Graphics Card and Storage. I would rather have this stay under 270 dollars.

Currently, I have:

I understand that due to the budget, I might not be able to upgrade all 3 components.

I usually play DayZ, BF3, BF4, etc. I want to be able to run at +50fps (preferably 60 fps) on high/very high/ultra.

I was thinking that I could forget about getting RAM, and getting an SSD and a GFX card only?
What do you think I should do?

What is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate? A GPU would be a logical choice if you play at at least 1080p. RAM and SSD are are also good choices since you can carry them over to a new build. Also need to make sure PSU is up to snuff for a new powerful GPU.

Monitor is actually a 47'' TV: Panasonic-TV (1920x1080@60Hz)
PSU is Corsair's CX600

for 270 your not gonna get a lot in the way of upgrades. what you realistically have a budget for is an ssd and 2x4GB of ram.
forget the gpu until you can afford at least 300 for the gpu itself to make sure its a worth while replacement of the 7770 which is no slouch at 1280/720p (1080p is nice but in real terms theres not a whole lot of difference other than lower fps 1s you sit back from the screen)
as damric points out you will need a new psu if you buy a better gpu if your current 1 isnt up to much.

^^Agreed. Forget the GPU upgrade for now since you are using a CX (office grade PSU).

How is 600 watts not enough for a 270?

Not all 600W PSUs function as a 600W PSU should. The CX is a crappy CWT unit which is way different than the more expensive Corsair PSUs that are actually pretty good Seasonics. CX often can't even get 12V on the 12V rail, which wreaks havok on graphics cards. It should be fine with the 7700 since that doesn't use much power at all, but change it to a descent one when you upgrade your GPU so that you don't smoke it.
