The motherboard manual should cover it. There are not that many cables to plug in. The main ones that MUST be plugged in are the 24-pin motherboard power connector and 8-pin CPU power connector. The rest are SATA cables, power/reset/led switches, audio, fans, and maybe front panel USB 3.0.
Make sure you have the first two. You can boot into the BIOS with those two plugged in, the CPU installed, and at least one working RAM module. Once you got that far, slowly work your way up and install the hard drive. And graphics card should be last.
