First of all you could have just continued in your previous thread you don't have to make a new one for us to take notice as i posted a perfect 1000$ build in that previous thread.
Second we can't really see your own Shopping cart and you could use pcpartpicker.com which is better.
Last if the build you made or going to make has anything that was in your previous build then NO its not a good build.
