I have this comp: http://prntscr.com/42hbgc
Can i overclock it ? and if yes where it ca go i know that i dont have a good psu but at least how many ghz can it overclock with this psu.
After beaquse i am new to overclocking and dont understand so many videos i ve seen can someone tell me how to overclock it in this build? If yes that would be awsome.

Your motherboard's voltage regulators (VRMs) *MAY NOT BE* up to the task. When you have CPU with lower TDP, that is usually fine, but with power hungry CPUs you can easily exceed motherboard's rated power of max 140W for CPU. Of course, you can still do it, but this can possibly (depending on your OC) overload your voltage regulators and the motherboard can die. The most reliable solution for overclocking power-hungry CPUs is to get a motherboard with more power delivery phases, such as 8, which stressess VRMs much less and allows more stable overclocks. This is the main reason why most overclockers buy the expensive motherboards.

I think his Mobo OCs just fine and he should be able to get a fine result with it he doesn't have to go for 200$+ mobos for godsake as the AMD CPUs aren't like the Intel they OC much easier and get higher Ghz then the intel

There are possibly some OC-ing mobos under 110$, the closest I could find is this one:

Otherwise, joker is not wrong: this mobo can overclock - I'm not saying it can't - most people are actually fine with OC-ing with 6 phases, and if you don't go crazy with it and do it on stock voltage, you should be fine. If you need extreme OC-ing, that's when 6 phases won't be enough.

just don't bother for now you don't really need one because you're not going to go Extreme on OCing.
your motherboard will OC fine and won't be bad and nothing bad will ever happen just don't mind looking at other mobos man be happy with your own

This is usually not made obvious, unless on more expensive mobos where they clearly state 8-phase or 10-phase power delivery. But as joker said, don't worry if you only aim for 4.5 GHz, that's fine.

by extreme ocing i mean from 4.8Ghz or maybe 4.9Ghz to over that
I would recommend just hitting 4.5-4.6 then stopping at that point ocing more isn't going to make a difference for you to take notice off just hitting 4.6 is great and if you hit 4.7 on stable temps and stuff its okay too
and Please do care about the Temperatures of your CPU
