Looking for new monitor, Need suggestions

I am looking for a good cheap 27 inch 1920x1080p monitor. im hoping to not spend more then $200-250. How is this one? I dont know much about aoc so am looking for feedback, but i have heard some good reviews on this monitor. Any other suggestions are also welcome. Thanks!

It is a good monitor, but it has a glossy finish so I'd keep looking.

Well considering your budget the AOC brand monitors are all you are able to get at the price range in the 27" spec. So I say go for it. But obviously the quality wouldn't be on par with more expensive Asus and Samsung models. Personally I would save up cheap monitors are typically likely to have a shorter life than their expensive counterparts. Also since your willing to go for a cheaper brand I would say look at Seiki brand. Try them out they have insanely cheap 4k monitors and there haven't been any major complaints, to be honest people are finding them relatively good. I am going to buy a Seiki when they release their next 4k line up with displayport 1.3 which supports 4k @ 120hz. http://www.seiki.com/products/seiki4kUltraHD/

Any good matte monitors for cheap? ill look at any suggestions. just strapped for cash and desperate need of a new monitor
