unable to boot & gives error 0xc000000e

pls help me...my pc sometimes run correctly & mostly times booting fail..after flexible memory when it reads IDM channel -it shows "none" and after this it gives error "0xc000000e". Also when i tried to format my computer by using dvd..booting process is not occuring...it's unable to read dvd..i have also fixed cd rom to first periority in bios system..pls solve my prblm. I am using Windows 7.

Remove all your drives and see if it posts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power-on_self-test).

If not, go through Tom's checklist - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

Once it's posting, see if it loads windows. If not, try starting in Safe Mode (F8) and see if you can do a Repair.

i m unable to start in safe mode.
