Your graphics card is actually quite good, so you can play those titles for sure. But you could get even more performance if you upgrade your CPU to Core 2 Quad (if you can find one cheap). This will provide a nice boost, since the CPU is the slowest component in your PC.

Solution
Blacklist will be a problem on a dual-core build. I had one and can testify from experience.

On my old Pentium G2030 (which is a step-up from a Core 2 Duo) my CPU usage was at 100% across both cores and the game lagged horribly. This was with an HD 7850 and 8GB RAM.

Blacklist is a CPU-bound game and a dual-core processor doesn't cut it I'm afraid. As soon as I went to a quad-core, it ran beautifully.
