Windows XP to Windows 7 error

hi guys,
i have really big problems right now,
my windows xp Desktop is not accepting or not able to format into windows 7
it will hang on windows 7 logo , like freezing everytime
i used Disk and Pendrive nothing works,

i tried using it on another computer and it's work,,
what could be the possible problem here

i really need help,,

by the way my PC is windows 7 before we format it to XP, now i turning back it to 7 and its not working >.<

yeah ,, i can't believe it too,
i really can't install windows 7, but if i format it again to windows xp its working,, but if on windows 7 its always hanging on the Logo screen,

;( i am really desperate now,,

yeah it is,,
i tried using it on the other desktop and laptops,, and it's booting properly the Windows 7 disk,
yeah i tried it, ,

it is so weird that it's not allowing my Windows 7 to install, it's freezing always ,,

it is really strange,

motherboard = biostar A880Gz am3+
phenome II x4 965
500gb WD caviar Blue HDD
4gb Ram,

actually i'm using windows xp now, but every time i use any windows 7 it's not working,, i dont know ,it's like my computer don't want windows 7 anymore >.< how could that be possible,,

not so,, it is only 1 and half year old,,
recently i used windows 7 , then we reformat it because it hanging on the windows logo, then we reformat it using windows XP because we cannot use even the installer of 7 to repair it, then after that we cannot even install windows 7 anymore
