Windows 7 stuck at start screen.

My computer suddenly started being stuck at the windows is starting screen. When sata drive is in AHCI mode it gets stuck and gives 0x000000ED BSOD and when set on IDE it immediately gives a 0x0000007b BSOD. I have tried many solutions including windows fresh install and the repair my computer options but it gets stuck at Setup is starting. The safe mode is also not working it also gives me a BSOD.So what should I do?.Any help would be appreciated.

Use Advanced Boot Options to select Repair Your Computer and get to the System Recovery Options. Then select the command prompt. Do the following:
chkdsk /r c:
For any drives that do not give the message:
"Windows has checked the file system and found no problems"
run chkdsk again as above. In other words, if it says:
"Windows has made corrections to the file system"
after running the disk check, run the disk check again.
