My question is: my computer is older yet not by about three years. all processes off line are normal speed yet when I log on for the last three days all graphics ie. gaming is slow to load and bad choppy even facebook games. I can not replace the graphics card being that it is a laptop. what else can be done to stop this? I have ran all the cleaning programs and virus/malware as well defrag is complete. and my wifi is full strength, am at a loss.

The source of the problem may not lie with your computer but with the servers that are providing the online content. If there is a bottleneck with the game servers than your video will lag as well. Plus your ISP may be throttling your bandwidth.
If your games were running well before, then try to run them at different times of the day and see if there is an improvement. If the servers are bogged down during peak hours you may find that they are lively during off-peak hours.
