Asus motherboard 775?

i want to replace my asrock wolfdale 1333-d667 with a asus motherboard with ddr3 ram...so what is the best 775 asus motherboard?

I want to reuse my other specs hihi
GTX 750
Core 2 Duo E8400(maybe i will find a second hand core 2 quad)
Corsair Hydro Series H60

if your going to upgrade the new 3258 cpu are 70.00 or so online and a h97 mb is 100.00 for micro atx. it be a lot faster then the older cpu your trying to use. the plus side is when you have the funds you can drop in an i5.

If you are planning changing CPU as well may as well change to a new LGA 1155 and a Pentium or I3!

Thank you for your responses, a lot of good imformation. What is the difference between core 2 quad and i5(4 core vs 4 core)? sorry guys iam not good at this. Also if anyone else has any other information, i would love to hear. Thanks again!

i5 is approximately 2x faster, due to the difference in CPU architecture. I own C2Q, and I can tell that it is quite powerful even today. I don't feel the need to upgrade at all.
