Hi,
Last year I built a pc for the first time, I was on a budget so I couldn't get the best things but I have recently got enought money to buy a good CPU cooler so I was wondering if it's possible to overclock a i5 3570k on a Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H, when I was buying the parts I didn't know what the heck what a chipset was but recently I found out what they were and mine can't overclock.

Solution
the overclocking options are disabled at that mobo.it is really basic equipment!. get an z77 one to overclock! you are half way there!

You can try, but it is not recommended. No voltage support.
echPowerUp.com's Gigabyte B75M-D3H Intel LGA 1155 review and statement about Overclocking that motherboard:

The Gigabyte B75M-D3H does not offer any overclocking ability worth mentioning. With no voltage options other than vDIMM, and no ability to adjust Turbo multipliers, overclocking is just simply impossible, but since this is a product focused at small and medium businesses, this is perfectly acceptable, and expected, since such platforms typically focus on stability and reliability.

I would go for the refurbished, however, keep in mind that none of the accessories are included. I guess that would be the back plate, Sata wires, etc... But it does carry a 90 day warranty. That is a nice board.

"Item has been professionally restored and recertified by a manufacturer authorized refurbisher. Units are in the same functional condition as you would find a new retail item in. Units may or may not have slight occlusions cosmetically. No accessories or backplate. Item carries a 90 Day Warranty from Better Choice Online."

I'm trying to avoid new egg because I'm from Australia and shipping is $30
also does the used one come with accessories?
When I get a new board how do I get rid of the drivers from The last mobo?

I would probably avoid used, just because you really do not know what type of usage/abuse from the previous owner. Sorry didn't know you were not USA. I am not familiar with Aussie shipping and/or retailers. But your Refurbished board is probably a good one. I have bought refurbished and never had an issue. As for Used one's accessories, I am not sure what they come with, i guess the seller would list all parts included. Also, you could try EBAY for backplate. I check for you now
