I just got my 3rd display and I can't activate it in Screen Resolution settings. I have an ASUS 6950 1GB (http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/EAH6950_DCII2DI4S1GD5/specifications/) so I'm using 2 DVI ports for my monitors which work just fine and an active DisplayPort adapter (http://www.misco.co.uk/product/200765/StarTech-com-DisplayPort-to-HDMI-Active-Adapter-DP-to-HDMI-Video-and-Audio-Converter-1920x1200) for my TV screen. I can get any of the two to work together but when I try to add the 3rd one it says "Unable to save display settings". I tried to set up Eyefinity, CCC seems to detect my TV but I can't add it anywhere to work with the other two, just gives me options to replace one of my existing displays with the new one, when trying to extend I'm getting "To extend the desktop, a desktop or display must be disabled". Really I run out of ideas at this point, looking on Google didn't solve my problems since 95% of threads end on "get an active adapter" which I already have, also all my displays work on 1920x1080. I hope you guys can help, thanks.
