Left click on mouse doesn't funtion correctly

My left click clicks hard. Sometimes I have to click twice before it does something and sometimes it clicks twice when I press only once. And when I want to drag something it sometimes stops in between and sometimes only start later then when I have pressed.

Sorry even i have the same problems ... i bought a new mouse and tried it on another computer ( made sure its not the problem with my mouse ) but the same problem keeps repeating ... i heard its problem with windows 7
