Hi ,
I have a system with below configuration :

Motherboard : GA-H61M-WW ( http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4706#sp )
Processor : Intel i3 3220 (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz)
RAM : Corsair Value Select DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11)
PSU : Intex 450 Watt .
Monitor : 1920 X 1080 | HP Pavilion 23fi 23-inch IPS LED Monitor

I am Not a hardcore gamer . Need entry level graphics card in budget.
I have decided to go with : Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

OS : Windows 8 64 Bit.

My concerns are :
1 > Will this graphics card run smooth on my system ( motherboard / / psu supported or not )
2 > How good this graphics card is ? ( note : I don't have budget to go for very- high end and as I don't play too much games )

That is the perfect card for you although it will probably not be able to play games on high but probably medium. I would get the MSI or Asus version as their cards use higher quality parts ad have much better cooling than the competition. You will also need to get a new PSU as that one is just a lot of crap stuffed into a box. Get something from corsair or seasonic. EVGA also has some pretty good cheap PSUs.

What do you want to do with your system? You just mentioned that you wouldn't be doing any hardcore gaming, what games will you play, if any? What else will you use this PC for?
Anyway, stay away from that power supply, "Intex" is a cheapo brand that sells PSUs at "bargain prices" that bairly deliver the stated wattage and are likely to brake very soon, maybe damaging other components too.

Once you give info on what your budget is, and what you plan on doing, I can build you a PC that will suit your needs.

He never said he is doing another build, he is upgrading!

I think the PSU will be fine, but I guess its better to check and be sure. Though cards all the way up to the AMD R7 265 or AMD 7850 are rated to work on a 500w PSU. Given the R7 265 is close to twice the power consumption and performance of the R7 250 and it works on 500w he will probably be fine though.

As for the card, its a good match. For a time I used an i3-3225 which is equally as fast as your CPU, and used an AMD 7850 and it worked well. Though the CPU does in certain areas cause a bottleneck for that high of a card, it doesn't always happen. So anything between R7 250 and R7 265 are good choices for you.

Hello, even so that your specs seem low, I started my gaming with a build really close to yours and I was able to finish a lot of games in high quality settings at 1320*768, like Metro 2033, Saints Row the Third, The Witcher 1, Starcraft 2 and others.

I seriously doubt it can max out EVERYTHING and still get away with a playable frame rate

Imon this GPU gets 17fps on Crysis 3 on medium settings at his resolution, where did you even get that figure from, this card is decent for older games or at lower settings but there is now way it can max out any AAA games.

Thanks Imon. I dont have any requirement to overclock ;) I just asked.
Can you suggest me any racing game which can run in high setting for my monitor's resolution ( 1920 X 1080 ).

Can't recommend that. Get a decent PSU

Sunny-Kolkata: Trying to stay very focused, the others are right that a better power supply is a good idea and would be recommended. However the other one is currently working, and it will power that graphics card. It may not be very reliable, but it should work none the less so if you are tight on money don't worry about it for now.

For the graphics card, an AMD R7 250 will work, but you do have to make some sacrifices. New games of this year for the most part should only expect to run games at 1080p resolution with low settings, maybe a medium setting or two, but mostly low settings. It can be overclocked to give more performance, but there is no telling how much more you will get. You should be able to use an R7 250x, R7 260, and R7 260x also without having issues with power and being held back by the CPU. If you have extra money, this is better to get a better card. Again, a power supply is recommended and would be best, but you may not be able to buy both at this time, don't know your budget.

Actually, it's not the same, the 250X has more stable drivers and has a heat transfer upgrade for better cooling. But most people say it is just a re branded version.
