Will this PSU be able to power my computer with ease and still have room for upgrades of some kind in the future?

PSU:
Seasonic M12II 620W Power Supply

Motherboard:
Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3 Motherboard

CPU:
Intel Core i5 4590

HDD:
Western Digital WD Black 1TB WD1003FZEX

RAM:
G.Skill Sniper F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

*:*EDIT*:* Video Card:
MSI GeForce GTX 760 Gaming Edition OC 2GB

PCI Cards:
TP-Link TL-WN851ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter

Like, at least 3 fans and maybe some LEDs

Any suggestions on anything I should change, I would like to hear it. Try to keep suggested items in the same price range.
This will most likely have no over clocking done, don't even think I can with this motherboard, Will be used as a gaming PC

Yeah, the 620w Seasonic M12II will easily be able to power a computer with these components (what is ezz though?). You didn't list a video card which is typically the biggest power consumer but that power supply is good enough for a single r9 290x so basically any card would run with it.

Yeah, it can run it no problems. I personally have a seasonic 650w with an i5 and a gtx 760 and it runs it perfectly.
