FX 8320 With Asus Board

So I'm still sorta confused with bios stuff. If i buy a 8320 with a Asus M5A97 R2.0 will the stock bios work or will it need to be updated. If it needs to be updated, how do i do that?

you will need to Update for system stability just type in name of MOBO in google get in ASUS page go Downloads and you will see all that there for further instructions use this video it helped me i did this last mounth first time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0M0LSd0e_0 i think that its a same thing with Update check it

The stock BIOS will be able to handle and run the 8320. Also, you'll be able to use the mouse in the BIOS which is nice!

with stock bios i had faulty setting on CPU one core did not work with stock bios after 15 min it got shut down so its better to update i have FX8350 those two are pretty close
