Looking for the best version (brand) of R9 270

I have only found one review comparing 3x R9 270.

In this one the MSI came out best compared to Asus and Sapphire in terms of most silent, cold and power consumption.

Are there any other brand I should take a look at?

I will not be doing any overclocking.
A price difference does not matter all that much, just looking for the best one.

Not sure which brand to buy.

Over here the XFX core edition costs about the same ast MSI, Double dissipation 5 euro more, Black edition 27 euros more.
The XFX R9 270X is quite loud during from what I have read. Would this be the same for the 270?

The gigabyte one costs about 8 euros more.

With twin froze you mean MSI right?

when looking at the written specs, some of the have a higher core clock and boost clock.
Is the core clock the way it is standard and the boost clock the factory overclock?
