Is this PC capable of running games comfortably?

Technically, yes. But I found it odd that it duals up w/ a R5. So removing the GPU would get it at medium fine, since that's the older version of Kaveri. The extra CPU is the limiting, since that's weaker than the onboard GPU. So if you have enough, I suggest getting a R7 240.
