Both will work fine as long as your power supply is sufficient to power the new GPU. What make/model PSU are you using?

If it is 255W then you can't add the 270X
the IBALL 255W is just a junk PSU i would suggest buying a new PSU then the GPU

Recommended PSU requirements for the R9-270x (From Sapphire):

500W (or greater) power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended

600W (or greater) power supply with four 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended for AMD CrossFire technology in dual mode

Either will work for a single 270x. I would recommend the Corsair over the Gigabyte, just on personal preference.
