What is wrong with my Dell XPS 8500?

I have a Dell XPS 8500 that I bought back in late 2012. The only problem or quirk that I noticed prior to the machine dying had to do with putting the computer into sleep mode. Whenever the computer was put into sleep mode, I could hear it beep and the fans kick on for a couple of seconds every 20 minutes or so. Other than it ran pretty good.

Fast forward to two days ago and I now have a non-working machine. Whenever I power on the machine, I get no video being displayed to the monitor. The Dell logo splash screen or bios screen doesn't even show up. It stays completely black like there is no signal being sent to the monitor.

INDICATORS:
- Power supply light is solid green
- There is a steady-on amber "aux power" light on the motherboard
- The physical power button that you press to turn on the machine is blinking white
- Upon pressing the power button, there is 1 quick beep and the fans kick on and stay on

THINGS I'VE TRIED:
"All of these different components that I tried were from a verified working machine."
- Plugged in a different monitor
- Installed a different video card
- Installed a different power supply
- Tried a different hard drive
- Tried booting with no hard drive
- Tried re-seating RAM
- Tried starting with one RAM stick in slot 1
- Replaced CR2032 battery

I'm not extremely skilled with fixing computers but was comfortable trying these easy fixes. Does anyone have any idea with what may be wrong with my computer? I am starting to think that something went wrong with the motherboard. If it is indeed the motherboard that needs to be replaced, can someone please recommend a good replacement for under $150 that will fit in into the XPS 8500 case? I have no idea about the different sized motherboard and specs. I am not a gamer and the computer is used for casual use.

I have attached a picture of my build sheet that I got whenever I purchased the computer. Hopefully this will verify all specs to make sure new motherboard will work if needed.
