1st build but change the PSU to a 650w XFX one and you can OC your 280 to get the performance of the 280X as you're gunna need the CPU for the 4D and Video editing

you don't really need the 290 performance because with a 280-280x you could max out every single game at 60FPS and above so buying a 290 is non sense when you can get a 280x and a better cpu

Nah go XFX 650W and CM 212 EVO get a 650W because the GPU and CPU consume alot of power and when OCed they both will consume much more like from 400w too 550w and like this

No a 750W XFX or Seasonic is better
