I built a pc and would like to add my old hard drive to the system. I was not able to wipe the hard drive before connecting it to the pc. If the hard drive has a virus will it spread to the other hard drives before I get a chance to wipe it.
As long as you don't transfer any files to and fro then no, make sure you have a decent anti virus/malware program like Malwarebytes and scan the drive (right click it in computer)
