Revisiting this tired old (as yet satisfactorily answered) question. Nothing I've read in a few forum replies seems pertinent since it's seen on two different machines with different drivers. It does NOT occur when I log in with an admin level account, just on normal users' accounts. Both systems are running up-to-date Win 7 64.

Ideas?

Do the windows connectivity test. It kept telling me I had a ethernet cable unplugged. Wrong! After doing the test it told me my d-link network card was bad and couldn't find the dns. I have been through all of the fixes and they didn't work for me. I didn't see this one on the site so I thought I would post.
