I started to notice a stutter affect when watching videos on Netflix. I did overclock my GPU so I started to turn it down and nothing changed. So today when playing battlefield 4 the game froze and had an error with the game. I tried to sign back in and the whole screen went blue. Also tried playing Pandora, the page was all white but I could hear music. When I tried to use google crome and firefox, I get this pixelation 1/10th of the screen on the bottom. Some websites work but I'll see images all pixelated.

Specs-
CPU-fx8350
Mem-Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
GPU- GTX770 4GB
Power-Corsair HX850
OS-Windows 7 64bit
Motherboard-Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0

Is there a way factory reset the gpu and would that fix it??

Solution
It looks like your drivers are misbehaving... from the notification on the the first image. Try uninstalling and re-installing the latest Nvidia Drivers.

Could you take some pictures to determine the issue. from the sounds of it it sounds like your GPU may be failing.. or dying... Artifacts like that usually indicate that the GPU is garbling information and incorrectly displaying it. If it is under warranty I'd maybe see about an RMA
