Motherboard doesn't have USB 3.0 headers but case does will it work?

The motherboard I have is the Asus P8Z77-V ATX LGA1155 Motherboard and the case I have is the Cooler Master Storm Stryker (White) ATX Full Tower Case. The case has usb 3.0 ports but the motherboard does not have onboard headers. Will they be compatible or do I need to get a new motherboard?

I should add that when I looked on the box for the motherboard, it says there is a front usb 3.0 header. Is pcpartpicker incorrect in saying that the case and the motherboard won't work with usb 3.0?

so does that mean that it will work with the case i have? sorry I'm really new to computers haha
