I can see you're trying for a budget PC, but don't use that PSU - I really think it's crappy. Get a good PSU, maybe a little higher rated as well.

Have a look at the PSU tier list:

What exactly is your budget? £300?

Here's what I would recommend:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD A4-6300 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor (£29.56 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: MSI A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard (£28.19 @ Aria PC)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Elite 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£36.93 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£32.34 @ Aria PC)
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case (£31.44 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£34.99 @ Aria PC)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer (£11.32 @ CCL Computers)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) (£69.65 @ CCL Computers)
Other: TP-Link TL-WDN3200 N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter (£17.62)
Total: £292.04
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I would buy a second identical 4GB stick of RAM later on.

Also, here is another Wi-fi adapter that is also up to 300Mbps:
