Okay so I was wondering if Two AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card should be okay for and i7 4790k processor?

Just a thought but if you can afford those to it may be a better option to get a faster single card to stop micro-stuttering, probably use less power and also leave more options for better dual card configurations in the future. Just an option but those 2 cards will will work either way.

With dual GPU setups you can encounter many issues, a) They are more power hungry b) They can produce A LOT of heat c) Not all games support dual GPU's so you might end up running only a single 270X on some games d) As B3NDY said, there can be driver issues and micro-stutter and lag.

If it was me I'd get the i5 and a single R9 290. Aviod the reference cooler designs though as they have poor cooling, the MSI twin frozr, the Sapphire Tri-X and Vapor-x and the Gigabyte Windforce cards are apparently very good and the XFX cards are also pretty respectable if your budget is tight. Also with the 290 you get 4Gb of video memory instead of the 270X's 2Gb which is proving to be increasingly valuable in recent games.

oooh but like should i get a different powersupply? i was thinking on getting the 600 Watts - Corsair CX600 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply, or should i get the 550 Watts - Corsair CSM Series CS550M 80 Plus Gold Certified Modular Ultra Quiet Power Supply. ( I'm thinking that in a few years i'll be overclocking so i should get the 600 watts right?)

I think ksham is worried the Power Supply may not be of good quality, it's important that the PSU is good quality as a bad one can shorten the life expectancy of your components and at worse, blow up and destroy your PC's delicate components. As you're going through a retailer you could always send them an email asking which PSU (or PSU's because I bet they can't guarantee an exact model) they use and then let us know. Or alternatively you could check this list of good PSU's that some nice people keep updating! https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx

Quality over quantity. The Corsair CX line power supplies are meant for low-end office computers and are not built for high-performance computers. As such, their build quality is a bit poor.

A quality 550W is sufficient for your build, with plenty of room for overclocking. This thread categorizes power supplies based on quality. Try to buy the best one you can find. At times, you have to compromise based on availability.

For something that powers your whole build, it is one of the most (if not the most) important component in your build.
